Job Description

NOW HIRING: Experienced Machine Operators – Pittston, PA

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals with strong manufacturing experience to join our production team on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
Handle and transport raw materials to production lines
Load materials into machines and monitor production output
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Label, package, and box finished products according to specifications
Perform shrink wrapping and palletizing of completed orders
Complete production documentation and labeling requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Assist with troubleshooting minor machine issues as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required
Previous machine operating experience required
Experience with machine setup and changeovers
Experience handling raw materials in a production environment
Experience with labeling, packaging, boxing, and shrink wrapping products
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout an entire shift
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience meeting production quotas and quality metrics
