You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product strategy and roadmap to internal and external customers, working with your team to design the solution for regulatory process efficiency. You will work closely with the engineering team to bring your vision to life. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of Life Sciences industry and technology A-players, who are bringing the next generation of Veeva products to market to improve the lives of millions.What You'll DoLead and mentor a team of talented Product ManagersDefine direction on product features and visionDesign innovative product features to support the management and submission of content that ultimately is submitted to Health Authorities worldwideReview and author high quality design specifications within an agile methodologyPrioritize features based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needsCollaborate with customers, services, support, market strategy, and sales to understand business needs and ensure customer successPartner with the engineering and QA teams to drive high quality product feature implementationBe the product evangelist - become a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customersRequirementsExperience leading and developing product management teams3+ years in product management leadership role5+ years of experience in SaaS product lifecycle and ability to develop short- and long-term product roadmap and plans based on client and market requirementsExperience interacting with customers, development, and consulting teams, both local and remoteAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment, with little direct supervisionStrong communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentationTechnical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understandMust be able to travel 25%Nice to HaveExperience using Veeva Vault RIM5+ years of experience in Regulatory (or other regulated industry)Working knowledge of submission publishing, review and archiving processes and procedures, understanding of various submission standards and the impact of these standards on day-to-day regulatory activitiesInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
