Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team in Carlsbad, CA, 92010. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products are packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards. Responsibilities- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking and reporting stock levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if required.
