Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Review physician orders for appropriateness, including dose, route, and frequency
• Compound medications as needed
• Provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients
• Monitor patient drug therapy for adverse effects and drug interactions
• Participate in medication utilization reviews and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and institutional policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Doctoral Degree (Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Valid state Pharmacist license
