Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Engineer to support a major enterprise-wide data platform modernization initiative. The organization is currently migrating its analytics ecosystem to Snowflake and dbt, creating a modern, scalable cloud data platform that enables self-service analytics, trusted reporting, and advanced data-driven decision-making.
This role will bridge the gap between data engineering and business analytics by designing, building, and optimizing data models that support enterprise reporting, operational analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics engineer with strong dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and Python expertise who enjoys transforming complex data into reliable, scalable, and well-documented datasets.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, BI Developer, or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Strong experience working within Snowflake environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
• Experience developing production-grade data transformations and analytical datasets.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing, validation, and automation.
• Experience working in modern cloud-based data environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
