Property Development Manager, Industrial & Commercial Projects About the Company - Our NYC leader in property development is seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Director to their growing Development & Construction Group. About the Role - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire end to construction/development/re-development for multiple high-end commercial Real Estate projects. Day to Day Responsibilities: Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models. Oversee the execution and capital improvement effort for several multi-site projects. Deliver on strategic design project based work focused around property improvements and value add. Present due diligence/potential risks and make recommendations to Investment Committee. Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, bid process and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors. Adhere closely to budget/Finance proposals and project timelines. Provide project-level status reports to clients on a timely and accurate basis. Direct the technical due diligence process in support of new acquisitions. Review project feasibility studies and seek input from firms market research group. Work with site Engineers to ensure budget and scope of work is compliant. Review marketing materials for new to market projects. Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts. Academic Qualifications: - 4 year degree within engineering, architecture, or construction management is preferred. Required Skills: 10+ years overall transferable Real Estate/Project Management experience. Prior large Development or similar experience required. Proven ability to lead projects from beginning to end.
