Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions based on referrals from their physicians.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific recovery goals, using evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, analyzing treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation processes, promoting active engagement in their recovery.
• Meet or exceed company utilization targets and objectives, while maintaining documentation and tracking progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Texoma Care, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in using word processing and electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.
• Two years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.

• Current CPR certification.
