About the Role Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Team: Our team works closely with portfolio management, technology, data, product and business leaders at the enterprise level to drive strategy-to-execution alignment and execution excellence. We foster a strong collaborative environment with effective communication across all team members. The team has significant impact on large-scale projects and initiatives across the enterprise, with the ability to recognize gaps and opportunities while applying strong judgment. Responsibilities and Impact Define and own enterprise-wide project management standards, governance, and delivery practices across analytical and commercial portfolios, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and strategic value. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers while building scalable project management capabilities through talent development, succession planning, and performance excellence standards. Orchestrate complex, cross-divisional initiatives spanning technology, data, analytical, and commercial functions, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution sequencing across multiple portfolios. Serve as a senior delivery integrator, coordinating large-scale enterprise initiatives and ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology execution, and analytical capabilities. Establish consistent execution governance and delivery health metrics, translating complex delivery data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership and strategic course correction. Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Technology, Data, Product, and Business leaders to drive strategy-to-execution alignment while balancing speed, quality, risk, and regulatory expectations. Compensation/Benefits Information S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $205,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Basic Required Qualifications Significant experience leading projects, programs, or delivery management in complex enterprise environments. Proven ability to lead and coordinate delivery across multiple portfolios and divisions. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing project management teams. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior stakeholders. Extensive experience with Lean Portfolio Management, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise governance frameworks.
