Assistant Restaurant Manager

Overview Not Your Average Joe's is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager! Experience in a FULL SERVICE restaurant is required. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. You will work closely with the General Manager, assisting in marketing and playing a pivotal role in overall financial results of the restaurant.
