Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of cross-functional projects
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues, and project dependencies
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation/utilization
- Drive continuous process improvement and increase Agile maturity within teams
- Provide clear status reporting and executive-level project updates
- Apply strong project management and program planning expertise
- Utilize hands-on experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Leverage excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional, global teams
- Apply strong problem-solving, risk management, and delivery governance skills
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP
- Mandatory skills include: Scrum Master, Agile, Project Financial Management, Project Governance, Project Planning, Leading Agile Ceremonies, Sprint Planning
