• Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and events to clients and partners
• Collaborate with team members to improve response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain detailed records of all email correspondence for reference and reporting purposes.
• Assist in creating email templates and FAQs to streamline responses and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
