Team Lead
AbbVie
Team Lead position supporting Botox specialty and eye care customer operations at AbbVie. The role involves managing escalations, monitoring queues, leading special projects, and serving as a subject matter expert while supporting team development and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact handling team escalations before supervisor involvement
- Monitor returns, inquiries, and communication queues, directing staff assignments
- Lead assigned special projects and generate ad hoc reports with data analysis
- Manage end-to-end processing of daily open orders with full accountability
- Maintain Salesforce Knowledge Articles and share best practices with team members
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead
- Minimum 4 years customer service or sales support experience
- SAP and Salesforce proficiency
- MS Office Suite competency
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
