RV Sales Associate

We are looking for high-energy, driven Sales Associates to join our team and take ownership of the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. In this role, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential through a performance-driven, commission-based structure. COMPENSATION: $85,000-$125,000 Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential Paid training for the first four weeks THE ROLE: The Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.
