Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Services

Schedule: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2 years of acute rehabilitation experience - REQUIRED
- BLS certification (AHA)
- State License: Michigan

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on comprehensive assessments.
- Apply clinical reasoning skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to health conditions.
- Monitor patients' health and take appropriate actions to prevent complications and promote optimal health.
- Utilize policies and procedures to guide patient care and ensure compliance with standards.
- Engage in lifelong learning through professional development and continuing education.

Compliance / Notes:
- Attendance policy: A three-strike attendance policy is in effect, with termination after three absences or late arrivals of more than 20 minutes. Exceptions for communicable diseases or hospitalizations will be considered with supporting documentation. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.
