What You'll Do: Partner closely with high-performing finance and accounting professionals to identify the right career opportunities and build long-term relationships. Work directly with the Managing Partners to understand their talent needs and deliver customized recruiting solutions. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to helping with offer negotiation. Leverage your industry expertise to assess candidates\' technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit. Stay ahead of market trends and position yourself as a go-to resource for top talent and industry insights. What We\'re Looking For: High level of integrity and meticulous reputation. Experience in recruiting or a background in accounting and finance, ideally as a CPA or finance professional looking to pivot into recruiting. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with high performers. Results-driven mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A passion for helping others succeed and a natural talent for connecting people.
