Operations Trainer

The Operations Trainer will be responsible for conducting initial training, re‑training, updating/creating training material. Location: Expected to travel within the South Bay Area. Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex issues as it relates to the front desk. Initiate actions and make reasonable decisions within established parameters. Major Responsibilities Aids in overseeing the training activities. Provides input to the Center Manager for the routine evaluation of staff. Responsible for maintaining office forms up‑to‑date. Responsible for communicating updates and protocols. Create training schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Ensure proper training and job performance for all staff. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications Possess skills to lead a team of up to 4 Patient Care Coordinators. Ability to train others. Ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure. Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs including Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred. High School diploma. Associate’s degree strongly preferred. Working Conditions Requires working in a clinical setting. The noise level is moderate and there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood‑borne pathogens. The ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, with some bending and stooping, to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and to lift 50 lbs. Travel – up to 75%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
