Base hourly rate is $17-$22/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs. Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results COMPENSATION $17 – $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness) Total Comp: $55K–$90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives WANT TO SEE THE VIBE?
