Benefits Analyst The Hilb Group of NE formerly The Cornerstone Group is looking for a full‑time individual to manage the entire quoting process for existing and new group benefit clients. This role requires the ability to work in a team environment while making independent decisions. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills necessary. Ability to complete several Excel‑based proposals quickly and error‑free. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Attention to detail – accuracy is critical. Strong multitasking capability while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience communicating by phone with clients to obtain census data. Skill in reviewing and correcting census discrepancies with clients and verifying information from carrier invoices. Experience accessing internet‑based quoting sites to obtain rates and verifying rate accuracy. College degree or equivalent work experience. Excel proficiency test required during the interview process.
