Line Service Technician/Aircraft Refueler (Part Time/Weekends Only)

Colgan Air Services, a family-owned business on the airport, is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, safety-conscious and hard-working individual to provide outstanding service to our customers. Line Service Technicians are responsible for fueling, towing and cleaning of aircraft. This is a unique & exciting job opportunity that does not require experience to apply. On the job training provided!

Job Duties:

• Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft.
• Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp, properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields and remove trash.
• Drives fuel trucks and ground support vehicles and responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks.
• Performs grounds keeping and janitorial maintenance duties, and assist with snow removal as required.
• Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing services they may require.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check for airport badging.
• Must have and maintain a current Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• The position is physical, requires hands on work and involves being outside in all elements, all year round. The position may require long periods of time on their feet, and may have to crouch, kneel, sit, balance on ladders and may have to lift over 50 lb.

Position Information:

• • Must be available to work weekends, some weekdays (Saturdays especially) and some holidays! (Weekend shifts are 5 am – 12 pm and 12 pm – 7 pm.)
