Audit Manager

In this critical role, you will lead and oversee the audit process, ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial records and systems. - Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and strategies.
- Lead and manage audit teams, providing guidance and expertise.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
