We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse who can step into a high-acuity environment and provide safe, independent, and effective critical care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide direct ICU patient care using strong clinical judgment
• Perform full assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions in a critical care setting
• Deliver advanced interventions while maintaining patient safety standards
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per hospital guidelines
• Work effectively with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Be flexible to float within ICU-related needs as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (Compact or State)
• ❤️ BLS (AHA) required
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Prior acute care or critical care experience required
