Sales Associate/CashierA sales associate/cashier is responsible for processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. They handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, issue receipts, answer customer questions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and timely information regarding retail shop and cafe services.Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.Provide the highest level of customer service.Accurately handle all paymentsComplete opening/closing checklists according to standardsWelcome guests, take or assist in taking guest orders, and collect payment for items orderedMust be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.Required Skills:Strong customer service and communication skills.Basic math and cash-handling abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.Reliability, honesty, and teamwork.Tenney Resort & Recreation LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
