Production Lead

Production Team Lead We are currently looking for a Production Team Lead to join our VALUES based organization. Compensation starting at $21.50 per hour, based on experience and skill level. In this role you will focus on: Responsibilities: Assist with keeping workstations stocked with consumables and participate in taking weekly inventory of raw materials used in the department. Work with Supervisor to identify items needed for co-workers within the department to complete their daily tasks. Mentor new employees within production zone to adhere to production policies and procedures. Serve as a subject matter expert for all processes and procedures within their production area, making themselves available for cross training and serving on teams that require their expertise. Study and recommend new procedures to improve efficiency of processes and procedures. Advise Production Supervisor on training progress and performance concerns of employees within their areas of responsibility. Qualifications: Manufacturing experience of doors (Plus) Carpentry knowledge (Plus) Experience in the building materials industry (Plus) Excellent hand and eye coordination and attention to detail is necessary skills to have.
