PM Dispatcher


Currently, we are seeking a PM Dispatcher to support our Berwick, PA location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!


Main Duties:


Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion


Receive service requests from customers and coworkers


Data entry

May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors


Assist with investigation and resolution of Open ServiceMax WIP and NDS WIP

Manage fleet reports to obtain good standing with fleet metrics

Assist with opening and dispatching work orders for technicians

Inputting PM plans and setting up new PM accounts in ServiceMax

Managing PM frequencies and changing plans status via instruction from sales representatives

Assist with invoicing PM billing and any other accounts set forth by management

Requirements :


Dispatch experience preferred


Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus


Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


Must be a team player


Pleasant phone demeanor


Stable work history


Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
