RN - PCU Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 24 months Progressive Care Unit experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days Certifications: Active BLS certification, Active ACLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice, Driver's license to verify residency Description:The Resource Float Pool is a skilled team that provides support where necessary.This role covers various adult health units with patients ranging from observation to medical-surgical and progressive care.Traveling nurses may float to different units, occasionally to the emergency department or post-anesthesia care unit, though this is uncommon.Candidates must have previous travel experience.Residency in certain states disqualifies candidates from assignments.Candidates are encouraged to outline all criteria they are willing to accept.Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is advisably for securing offers.Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.Requests for time off can only be up to 7 days and cannot be taken during the first week of assignment.All candidates must be pre-closed and readyto accept when submitted.It's important to adhere to all background check standards and compliance requirements.A complete profile is necessary for application, including all relevant work experience and skills checklists completed in the last 12 months.Please ensure all documentation is correctly provided for processing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
