About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Compunnel Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Austin, Texas, 73301!

• Assess, monitor, and care for Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips/dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Respond to rapid response, code situations, and patient emergencies
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, peripheral IVs, and oxygen therapy
• Care for patients with CHF, COPD, chest pain, sepsis, diabetes, stroke, pneumonia, and post-surgical conditions
