What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for diverse procedures
• Provide anesthesia care to patients across all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics)
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively
• Manage airway and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff
• Document all patient care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in a flexible self-scheduling model covering various shift lengths

What You Need

• Current ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification
• Active Michigan CRNA license or eligibility
• Previous anesthesia experience (not open to new graduates)
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
