Recruiter II

SEL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You will serve as an ambassador for SEL's culture and values, proactively building talent pipelines, evaluating candidates, and identifying top talent to support our continued growth.The ideal candidate is a skilled recruiter who can work independently, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate SEL's employee value proposition. This position offers the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, mentor team members, improve recruiting processes, and make a meaningful impact on the organization's success. Experience recruiting in a technical environment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly valued.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.2. Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.3. Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.4. Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.5. Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.6. Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.7. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.8. Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.9. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.10. Understand. Create. Simplify.11.
