Bellevue Animal Clinicis seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to help shape the future of our practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an AAHA-accredited , full-service small animal hospital, we have proudly served pets and their families with compassionate, comprehensive care for years. Our veterinary hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, grooming, and more.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Promote medical excellence and high-quality patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and operational success
- Help establish and maintain medical protocols and best practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture
- Continue practicing veterinary medicine and building client relationships

What We're Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for mentorship and team development
- Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
- Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
