PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and execution of projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure deliverables stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking: Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor budgets, and track progress using Excel and project management tools.
• Documentation & Records: Organize contracts, invoices, submittals, drawing files, and closeout documents.
• Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate freight logistics, negotiate vendor rates, and monitor material deliveries.
• Communication: Coordinate project meetings, participate in kickoff calls, and keep clients and internal teams updated.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard project management software.
• Core Abilities: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility: Ability to problem-solve independently and support project needs outside standard hours when necessary.
