Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner , new graduate or experienced , to join a highly respected neonatal practice at Lakeland Regional Health , one of Florida's premier healthcare centers. Why This Opportunity Stands Out You'll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region , housed within a stateoftheart Women and Children's Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them. Practice Highlights

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
• Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
• Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
• Attend highrisk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30bed wellbaby nursery
• 24hour shifts , averaging 7-8 shifts per month for excellent worklife balance
• Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
• Onsite MFM support , pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours
