Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Cleveland OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine vehicle and/or foot patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting observations and/or actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including business areas entrances parking areas and perimeter points noting and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity verifying credentials when required and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Support staff and visitors with directions routine assistance and communication during disruptions alarms medical events and/or other site incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
