• Scheduled clinical hours: Ongoing assignment with call responsibilities
• Beeper call: 30-minute response time, with a 50% callback rate
• Patient load: 25 patients per shift
• Practice type: Both outpatient and inpatient care required
• Skills required: Arthroscopy and total joint replacement (hip and knee)
