Neurologist (TBI)

Join a multidisciplinary team in Texas as a Neurologist specializing in traumatic brain injury, offering a hybrid in-person and telehealth model. This role provides a four-day workweek with no call, allowing for a strong work-life balance. New graduates are welcome to apply and contribute their clinical expertise to complex cases.

Practice Info

• Multidisciplinary practice focused on traumatic brain injury and post-accident neurology
• Embedded team includes chiropractors, interventional pain physicians, neuro rehab techs, mental health professionals, and medical assistants
• Primarily Personal Injury Protection (PIP) patient population
• Modern EMR with telehealth integration

Compensation

• $350,000 base salary
• Productivity-based bonuses on top based on future date

Shift & Schedule

• 4 days per week (flexible — choose your day off)
• 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. CST on clinic days or Telehealth
• Hybrid model: in-person evaluations + telehealth follow-ups
• No weekends. No on-call. Ever.
• In-person requirement: 1 week per month

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Texas medical license (preferred — or willing to obtain)
• Genuine interest in TBI and post-injury neurology
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
