Direct Care Supervisor

Brazos Valley Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse is seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to oversee all Direct Care staff and the Assistant Direct Care Staff Supervisor, under the oversight of the TDCJ Program Director. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing staffing, and ensuring accurate resident counts and documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years in a TTC or similar facility with supervisory experience, and strong leadership abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
