Urology Nurse Practitioner

SCHEDULE

• Coverage Type: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
• Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
• Schedule (per week): M-F + overnight and Weekend Call
• Dates of Need: Full time coverage
• Shift Times: 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P)
• Lunch 1 hour unpaid
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full Time 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 per week
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

• Skills/Certs: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Seeking two full time provider for coverage for first assisting and outpatient urology clinic starting in November for long term coverage until perm providers are hired. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (or 7:30am-4:30pm) + 1:4 call coverage responsibilities (overnight + weekend call coverage). Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required. Providers will be assisting in surgeries at least one day per week.
