Job Title: Digital Strategist

Location: Remote - USA

Employment Type: Full-Time (8 Weeks)

Pay Range: $80/hr -$90/hr

- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

• Own overall accountability for the quality and timeliness of all engagement deliverables
• Lead the current-state assessment of the client's technology or AI maturity across active platforms and tools
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with technology, operations, and business unit leads to map usage patterns and touchpoints
• Score maturity across key domains using industry frameworks and benchmarks, comparing current vs. target state
• Draft client-specific governance policy, including acceptable-use principles and access-tiering concepts
• Design the operating model, including Center of Excellence (CoE) structure, champions network, governance bodies, and RACI ownership
• Flag compliance, data-sensitivity, security, and risk considerations for downstream technical scoping
• Provide directional cost-governance recommendations and a lightweight issue escalation path
• Synthesize assessment and design findings into an executive-ready summary and prioritized roadmap
• Lead executive alignment sessions and the final readout with the client's executive sponsor and steering committee
• Serve as the senior advisory point of contact for client leadership for the duration of the engagement
