Job Title: Injection Molding Process Engineer I

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description:

• Support injection molding process and equipment validation , including IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Work with automation, HMI, PLC, robotics, vision systems , and computerized manufacturing systems.
• Apply Cpk/Ppk, DOE, SPC, MSA , and statistical analysis for process validation and improvement.
• Prepare audit-ready validation protocols, reports, risk assessments, and SOPs .
• Support computerized system validation and electronic validation platforms such as Kneat/MasterControl/TrackWise .
• Troubleshoot molding processes, equipment issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Work with SAP, SQL, Teamcenter/PLM , and manufacturing data systems.
• Experience with RJG eDART/CoPilot and RJG validation methodology is required .
• Medical device manufacturing experience with FDA/ISO 13485 is highly preferred.

Pay Rate: $40 $50/hr W2 (Negotiable)



Duration: 12 Months
