Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual individual in Spanish and English with previous EPIC experience. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision is required. Prior experience with physician offers and provider recruitment processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
