Glass Production Worker / Forklift Operator Job Now hiring!!!! Pay: $17-21/hr We are hiring dependable team members to join our glass manufacturing operation in Versailles, KY. In this role, you may work in production, operate equipment, inspect glass products, or drive a forklift to move materials throughout the facility. We're looking for individuals who value safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate production equipment used in the glass manufacturing process. Inspect glass products to ensure quality standards are met. Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Load, unload, transport, and stage materials as needed. Monitor equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns. What We're Looking For: Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus but not required for all positions. Strong attention to safety and quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout a 12-hour shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Employees work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on 12-hour shifts. Duties may include operating machinery, handling glass products, driving forklifts, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required while on the production floor. Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Versailles, KY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
