Join a rapidly growing team of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, system integration, and technical training across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a range of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, driving technological advancement and directly impacting Army modernization and support to the warfighter. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs. Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources. Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements. Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems. Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges. Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in any engineering discipline. 3–10+ years of professional experience in engineering. Active Secret is requiredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software. Strong organizational and time management skills.
