The Banquet Captain is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising staff to ensure smooth and successful catered events. This role serves as the main point of communication between clients, the kitchen, and service teams.Key duties include overseeing event setup, coordinating food and beverage service, and managing breakdown after events. The Banquet Captain also ensures high service standards are maintained, addresses guest needs and concerns, and enforces health and safety compliance throughout each event.
