The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of sophisticated financial statements, leading all external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting to ensure 100% compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations. This role also involves managing capital reporting for various stakeholders, supporting due diligence for acquisitions and financing, and building a robust control environment to safeguard company assets. Applicants for the VP of Finance & Controller position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial operations. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in departmental leadership, infrastructure optimization, and process improvement to support the company's growth and new entity integrations.
