Lead Financial Advisor | McLean, VA | Hybrid
Compensation: Base salary in the high $100s–low/mid $200s + performance bonus + long-term equity/succession opportunity
Ready to lead relationships, not just service them? We're hiring a Lead Financial Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing, independent, fee-only wealth management firm based in McLean, VA.
This firm does real financial planning —deep tax and estate planning work for business owners, law firm partners, and other clients with complex financial lives. No sales quotas, no siloed roles, no single-rainmaker pressure. Just a true team model built for advisors who want to go deep, not just go wide.

- Lead full-service relationships for high-net-worth clients ($3–4M average, up to $40M)
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of advisors instead of carrying a book alone
