Outside Sales Representative - Foundation Repair & Waterproofing Company: Rozier Pest Control Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Field-Based / On-Site (Local Service Area) Compensation: Commission expectation $70,000 - $120,000+ Rozier Pest Control has proudly served homeowners for decades, earning a reputation for trusted service and long-term customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, consultative Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners protect and improve their biggest investment--their homes. In this role, you will specialize in foundation repair, waterproofing, moisture control, and structural repair solutions, working directly with homeowners to assess issues and recommend the right solution. You'll receive warm inbound opportunities, company support, and the tools needed to build a successful book of business while also generating referral partnerships in the community. What's In It For You Uncapped earning potential through a commission-based compensation plan Warm inbound leads provided - no cold-calling-only environment Company vehicle provided , including paid operational expenses Company-issued tablet and quoting equipment Company uniforms provided Established, trusted company with decades of market presence 50% company-paid health insurance Retirement plan eligibility Paid time off The opportunity to build a long‑term, high‑income career in a growing home services industry What You'll Do In-Home Consultations & Solution Selling Conduct in-home inspections and consultations for foundation, waterproofing, and structural concerns Identify moisture, drainage, and structural issues impacting homeowners Educate homeowners on recommended solutions and present professional estimates Deliver a consultative sales experience that builds trust and confidence Estimating & Project Planning Prepare detailed project scopes and general material requirements Create clear action plans to support seamless handoff to the operations and project management team Lead Management & Business Development Manage and convert high-quality inbound warm leads provided by the company Build referral relationships with local businesses such as contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, and electricians Participate in community networking efforts to generate additional opportunities Performance & Customer Experience Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity Meet sales performance goals through strong customer service, responsiveness, and consultative selling What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable laws and business requirements Previous experience in a sales or closing‑focused role Prior experience in home services, construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, pest control, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or related industries preferred Preferred Skills & Characteristics: Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Sense of urgency and ability to respond to homeowner concerns professionally Comfortable using technology, sales software, and mobile quoting tools Organized, accountable, and motivated by performance‑based earnings Compensation & Benefits Compensation: This is a commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential . Flat 10% commission structure Strong earning potential for high performers Warm inbound opportunities combined with self‑generated business development Top‑performing representatives in this type of role can earn $120,000+ annually based on sales performance and activity.
