With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Who is an active CPA Who takes ownership and enjoys developing other THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead audit engagements from planning through completion Build and manage strong client relationships with local organizations and businesses Review financial statements and related disclosures Coach, mentor, and develop associates and seniors Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and overall client experience Partner with firm leadership to continuously improve processes and client service HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE OFFER A commitment to work-life balance all year (yes, even during tax season) through our Path to 45 initiative - ask us more about it!
