Investment Banking Analyst | Industrials M&A

Our client is a highly reputable investment bank focused on advising upper mid-market companies and sponsors on M&A transactions. Their team in Tampa sees consistent, high-volume deal flow year over year, offering exceptional transaction experience for junior bankers looking to grow their careers. Responsibilities Support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions from start to finish Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, LBO, trading comps, and precedent transactions Prepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books Conduct industry research, company due diligence, and market analysis Assist in buyer/investor outreach, data room management, and coordination of the due diligence process Work directly with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Qualifications 1+ year of full-time Investment Banking Analyst experience required Significant M&A deal execution experience (sell-side and/or buy-side) Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Industrials experience preferred but not required - strong M&A experience across other sectors will be considered Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 preferred (or willingness to obtain) If you're interested in learning more, please apply today and a member of our team will reach out with more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
