Graphic DesignerIntiva Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in our Austin office. The Graphic Designer will apply art and design skills to produce a visually appealing product for the client. Products may include logos, promotional advertisements, brand materials, media, and other print and digital marketing collateral.The ideal person for this position has an excellent design sense, an eye for detail, and an artistic background with the ability to coordinate color, imagination, and electronic messaging into different environments.At Intiva Health, we're bringing the forefront of distributed ledger technology (DLT) to healthcare! With over 30 years of healthcare administrative experience woven into the DNA of our powerful software, we are rapidly reinventing healthcare management.ResponsibilitiesDetermine creative needs and create design requirementsSchedule, manage, and deliver multiple projects meeting define budget constraintsConceptualize visuals based on requirements (i.e. Physical or Digital)Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software (i.e. Adobe CC, Figma, Wix, WordPress, ActiveCampaign)Prepare rough drafts and present ideasEvolve brand visuals and implement the latest design trendsUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicCollaborate with leadership to produce final designsTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandRequirementsProven graphic design experienceA strong profile of work showing a wide range of creative projectsProficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and XD)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesDegree in design, fine arts, or a related fieldSelf-starterExcellent file organizationFamiliarity with HTML and CSS preferredPhotography and Videography experience preferredMinimum of Three years experience in graphic designRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is highly preferredAt least three years of related work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpert in Microsoft Office Suite and design softwareAbility to work independently on an assignment and as a member of a teamBenefits and Perks:Competitive salary + ESOP bonus401K Up to 4% matching100% company paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
