The Role As part of the rapid expansion of the Americas region (US, Canada & Mexico), EX NIHILO is seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Coordinator to support and execute best‑in‑class retail activations, client experiences, launches, and commercial initiatives across the market. This is a highly operational and fast‑paced role requiring exceptional organization, ownership, attention to detail, and executional excellence. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life across some of the most prestigious luxury retail environments in North America. You will work closely with the Americas Marketing team, Sales teams, PR partners, Operations, external agencies, and the Paris Headquarters to ensure seamless execution and elevated brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute retail activations across key strategic partners and luxury retailers Support the rollout of pop‑ups, in‑store animations, launches, trunk shows, seasonal campaigns, and high‑impact brand moments Ensure flawless execution and elevated visibility across all retail environments Coordinate POS materials, visual merchandising elements, tester management, and marketing assets with HQ and external vendors Manage sampling programs, GWPs, client gifting initiatives, and related logistics in partnership with Sales and Operations teams Support retail calendars and activation planning across the Americas region Help elevate execution standards and continuously improve operational efficiency across projects Events & Brand Experiences Support the coordination and execution of founder visits, VIC experiences, retailer events, client activations, and press moments Assist with guest management, logistics coordination, production follow‑up, travel coordination, and on‑site execution Ensure every brand experience reflects the elevated world and standards of EX NIHILO Project Management & Cross‑Functional Coordination Maintain strong follow‑up on timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution across all initiatives Coordinate communication between Marketing, Sales, PR, Operations, HQ teams, agencies, and retail partners Track campaign performance and support post‑campaign reporting and insights Monitor inventory needs related to activations and marketing initiatives Identify operational challenges proactively and propose agile, solution‑oriented responses Administrative & Operational Support Support budget tracking, PO management, invoicing, and vendor coordination Maintain organized trackers, calendars, reporting tools, and project follow‑up documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of luxury execution Profile Authorized to work in the United States 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation Previous experience within luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands strongly preferred Strong organizational and project management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and execution‑driven Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset Passion for luxury, retail excellence, client experience, and brand building Fluent in English; French is a strong plus Why Join EX NIHILO Join one of the fastest‑growing luxury fragrance houses globally Be part of a unique entrepreneurial adventure backed by L Catterton Work closely with founders, leadership teams, and top luxury retail partners across North America Contribute directly to the acceleration of the brand in one of its most strategic regions Gain exposure to high‑impact projects, premium activations, and international growth initiatives Evolve within a dynamic, ambitious, and highly creative international environment Competitive compensation package and long‑term career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
