Our platform is built to harness the sector's fragmentation, operating through 7 regional offices with 120+ employees in vertically integrated teams enhanced by proprietary AI-driven tools, while benefiting from compelling fundamentals like constrained supply growth, reshoring, and e-commerce tailwinds.Position Overview:We are looking for an Analyst to support all aspects of strategic decision-making, financial forecasting, planning, and analytics led by the Corporate Finance team. The Corporate Finance team takes a significant role in analyzing fund performance, portfolio analytics, debt syndication & structuring, fund formation, deal structuring, strategic planning, developing business insights, and reporting to the C-suite, board of directors, and investors. You will bring your expert analytical ability and financial modeling skills to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities:Support decision-making by building and presenting complex financial models analyzing fund and portfolio performanceFinancial analysis and delivery of KPI's and various management reportsProduce critical internal and external deliverables (e.g., Earnings Releases, Fund Investor Relations Reports, Asset-Level Performance Metrics, Fund Models) for presentation to C-suiteEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentationsCollaborate with senior management on special high-impact strategic projectsQualifications:Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business or STEM field1-3 years of professional work experience required - Private Equity experience is a plusExceptionally high level of Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling is requiredExceptional date visualization via PowerPoint or other reporting tools is requiredHigh proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, etc.Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills requiredHigh learning agility with an ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDemonstrates attention to detail and a high level of accuracySelf-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resourcesKnowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statementsPersonal and professional integrity of the highest order requiredThis position offers a base salary in the $80,000-$100,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.Faropoint is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
